Vaginal itching and very sore nipples. tested negative for gonorrhea, chlamydia, trich, bv and yeast. what can it be??

Still yeast?: Glad to hear your STD tests were negative. The most common cause of vaginal itching is yeast infection, which is easily missed on lab tests. Yeast treatment is often tried even if the diagnosis isn't confirmed. Disccuss with the doctor or clinic where you were tested. None of this has anything to do with sore nipples; almost certainly that's a separate problem.

See a doctor/OB: This is highly dependent on where you are in your menstrual cycle and if you have missed any periods. Go to an OB, get a full exam and give all your relevant history. Could be pre-menstrual symptoms or something else if your period is late - pregnancy. But the doctor will help narrow down the possibilities...
