I am female and had unprotected sex w/ a male for 5-10 secs (then used protection) on a mon 11:30 pm. i tested thurs at 11:00am for chlamdyia and gono via a urine test, both were negative. is this enough time for detection, are the results accurate?

Probably not: It is possible that the negative urine test may not be accurate and it seems doubtful that if either chlamydial or gonorrheal microorganisms were introduced into your vagina "in 5-10 secs" , they would be detectable in your urine as quickly as you describe. A sample obtained from your vagina or cervix may be more reliable.
