Missed period: is not uncommon related to stress as well as weight loss or other hormonal imbalance such as underactive or over active thyroid. 123 pounds is slim for a woman 5"6." If both tests are negative, please relax about pregnancy and eat a healthy diet. Further weight loss may have more significant effects.
