Chlamydia dose: The 2015 guidelines for treating chlamydia with doxycycline is 100 mg twice daily for seven days, therefore, you are not treating an active infection with your current dosing for acne. If you suspect you have an STI, it is important that your doctor diagnose, prescribe and retest you afterwards.
