I have vaginal itching/burning, but tested negative for infection (bv,yeast,stds). antifungal cream didn't help either. what else can it be?

See below: If BV, yeast, trichomonas, GC, chlamydia and other STDs have been reliably ruled out with both appropriate gyne exam and cultures, then I would next try to rule out a "contact dermatitis". A number of chemical substances, including creams, douches, condoms, contraceptive foams, laundry detergents, soaps, scented toilet paper, and fabric softeners can irritate the vagina and vulva.
