Phimosis: There are a number of conditions of the foreskin that can cause a progressive narrowing of the foreskin with more difficulty retracting it (phimosis), such as infections, trauma, inflammatory conditions such as lichen sclerosus. The danger is if the foreskin is retracted forcibly and stays behind the glans, it may decrease blood supply to the glans. Please see your urologist for treatment.
