Does syphilis rash can be itchy?

It is notoriously: quite variable. Would imagine it can sometimes be itchy. Several good tests to see if one has it. The rash typically comes a bit late in the infection and the usual blood tests would definitely show it if it were present.

Rarely: It is very rare for syphilis rash to itch. Probably it's something else. But if you have been at risk for STDs, don't take the chance; get checked for syphilis and other STDs.
