Depends: The greatest risk is when you have it first during pregnancy & delivery. At that point there is a greater statistical risk that baby could get the infection and develop a deadly blood and or brain infection within weeks of birth.Secondary outbreaks are less risky & viral sheding can transfer the germ to baby during delivery. Some elect to have a c-section.Discuss your situation with your OB

Having? not much.: At delivery infection of the infant is a severe often fatal infection. over 5 million women have herpes; about 400 infections occur per year in the US. This is low risk. AND, telling the OB about it and being on antivirals at the right time should be near 100% protective.
