Epididymitis: Sounds like inflammation of the testicle. This can be from infection in some cases, or sometimes it can happen chronically without infection. Can start after long periods of sitting (like a long car/plane trip). Treatment: avoid sports and heavy lifting, support the scrotum with close-fitting underwear, and try ibuprofen. If no improvement, go back to the doctor to repeat the infection tests.
