BCP's: Different pills have different compositions of hormones. The way they work is that they "trick" your body into believing it's pregnant so you don't release a fresh egg to be fertilized. Depending on the actual amounts of the hormones you can have various side effects. If you find them unpleasant enough talk to your doc about it and he can put you on a different combo.
