Sex with unknown then lot of sym, one year after that married. me,wife also lot of sym(fever of unknown) both hiv neg. what other cause can cause sym?

Probably no STD: Hard to be certain without knowing your symptoms. However, HIV testing is 100% reliable, so not HIV. And no other STD is a likely cause of longstanding symptoms. My guess is that this problem has nothing to do with any past sexual exposure, "unknown" or otherwise. Probably a coincidence, or your symptoms are mostly psychological. Good luck!
