Probably no STD: Hard to be certain without knowing your symptoms. However, HIV testing is 100% reliable, so not HIV. And no other STD is a likely cause of longstanding symptoms. My guess is that this problem has nothing to do with any past sexual exposure, "unknown" or otherwise. Probably a coincidence, or your symptoms are mostly psychological. Good luck!
