Not HIV, no way: Whatever is going on, it isn't HIV. If your wife has some sort of symptoms, she should be checked by her doctor -- but she cannot have HIV from you if your tests are negative. Good luck!

In a reply message you wrote "But sym are worring been for 20 mon, went to 2 infe D docs but no help”. That's good evidence that nothing serious is wrong. Many people have to live with unexplained symptoms, whether back pain, joint pain, headaches, etc, etc. Most do just fine once they know it's nothing serious. You should work toward that goal. Professional counseling may help.
