Could be STD: Vector transmission (bugs, virus, bacteria, protozoa) can happen on contact. Thirty seconds is enough time to transmit. The condom afterwards does not stop the first crew of bugs from making themselves at home. Plan a visit to your local clinic for baseline exam and tests for STD - sexually transmitted disease.
