Not really: If you have had a negative IgG blood test for both HSV1 and HSV2, it is exceedingly unlikely your symptoms are due to herpes. If you are having overt oubreaks (i.e. blisters or open sores), see a doctor ASAP (within a day or two of onset) so they can be tested for HSV. If you don't have such outbreaks, the negative blood test tells you for sure that you don't have herpes.
