No: HIV, especially acute HIV is not associated with penile ulcers. However penile ulcer does suggest a venereal disease and if you have one venereal disease you are at greater risk for HIV. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.
