I went to turn and pain shot in my back down to my butt hips and knees. i can't hardly walk even on a walker. i do have a bulged disk ?

Muscle spasm: You could have developed a muscle spasm from the movement. (The worse scenario could be a herniated disc pressing on your nerves). Try to rest, use local heat, and take something like Advil (ibuprofen) with food, if not allergic to it. If not better within a week or getting worse, then see your doctor.

Physical exam : It sounds like you need a physical exam and to rest. With your twist you may have experienced a bulging or herniated disk and if the pain was bilateral may be a bulging disc. However you may also have strained your lower back. The most concerning thing is the inability to walk. Bowel or bladder incontinence and saddle area anesthesia (can't feel) =emergency. Go to ortho spine clinic or ER.
