Amenorrhea: Sounds like you're describing secondary amenorrhea: no menses x >6mo after normal menses (http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/amenorrhea/basics/causes/con-20031561). You didn't name your implant but this could be a normal side effect. However, hormonal birth control doesn't protect against sexually transmitted diseases so it's still a good idea to make him wear a condom each & every time
