Worry about STD: Both males and females can have no symptoms but still pass on an STD. Also intercourse can change the pH of the vagina and cause an overgrowth of bacteria or yeast. If you have noticed a change in discharge you should see your provider for a pelvic exam. They will send samples to the lab and screen for STDs, yeast, bacterial infection and treat with med if needed. Avoid intercourse for now.
