Yes : A small bowel could be attached to any large vowel even if the part of the large vowel remain is only the rectum . Yes as long as you have 5 cm of the large vowel still exist another small or large bowel could be attached to it

Can't tell: Without the previous op report /path report. I would venture to say you will get the best bowel control from an ileoprotostomy utilizing a continent pouch that you intubate daily
