Male,49 yo, smoker,for the past year i've been experiencing this pin prick feeling in left side of chest,ekg results :normal?

A pin prick: sensation in the chest is almost never a dangerous symptom. The bad things that cause chest pain (heart attack, ruptured aneurysm, blood clot to lung, cancer) do not feel like that. Hard to say.: Probably worth a chest x Ray. Costo chondritis? Costal nerve neuropathy? With the symptoms provided I probably would Not have started with an EKG. Consider seeing another physician.
