Infected with?: Your treatment was quite specific for treatment of most STD. I would have suggested an injection of Rocephin (ceftriaxone) or double antibiotic therapy for therapy for exposure to STD. The bigger question is why are you not protecting yourself with condoms? Your tongue irritation needs further evaluation, especially if engaging in oral sex.
