See remark: After ejaculation,one may witness some of the ejaculate still trickle ...there are no "worms" in the semen. Is this of long,or recent standing? If possible,to settle the matter see a doctor,submit a sample of the semen. As an alternative visit a local city/county health clinic in your town.I seriously doubt you have anything serious. Best of luck
