I have a small dry spot the size of a nickel on my lower right butt cheek. i just noticed it today. there is no itching only if i scratch it. pls help?

Hard to tell: without a picture, but small dry spots on the skin may indicate eczema or ringworm (tinea). Regardless, using a mild/gentle cleanser with tepid water and a good emoillent lotion should be beneficial. OTC hydrocortisone cream can be used for itch but if the area worsens or spreads, evaluation by a doctor is recommended as you may need a prescription cream (especially if it is ringworm).
