I have a pale white mark about the size of a nickel, round and has a small dark center like a freckle, itches, had 2 years what can it be? thankyou

Pale patch w/freckle: If there was a mole there previously, this could be something called a halo nevus, a mole that got inflamed for some reason and is being attacked by the immune system. Another possibility is a patch of vitiligo (loss of pigmentation) where the pigment is coming back in one spot. I would suggest an examination by a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis.

Could be serious: Have a physician examine the lesion. It may be prudent to biopsy or remove it.
