My labia minor is swollen on the right side and it's starting to itchy last week i had a uti and i was wondering if that could be the reason for this?

You may have: Yeast infection from taking antibiotics or a secondary infection. Or it could be from swelling and sensitivity from the antibiotic itself. Hopefully ur UTI is better by now. Probably not: Dark urine in the morning is normal as we concentrate the urine overnight. Sounds more like a vaginitis.
