A 17-year-old female asked:

It seems only one side of my labia minora appears brown, swollen and itchy. 17 yrs of age, no other symptoms. what could this be? help!

Vaginitis: If you are sexually active and had similar symptoms before, it may be herpes. If it is only on one side, comes and goes and isn't painful, it could be a bartholin's cyst or sebaceous cyst. You should see a doctor to get this checked out.
