Have a spot on outer vagina lips. small smooth black dot. just showed up one day. just had pregnancy test, bacterial infection/sti testing. all clean.

Pigmented lesion: This could be due to several things-- a vascular lesion, or a melanocytic (nevus-like) lesion. Given the small size and smooth surface, it is unlikely to be a problem, though if it is a melanocytic lesion, it bears watching, and possible removal if any enlargement of other change occurs. Vulvar melanoma is uncommon, but may develop from long-ignored precursor lesions.
