Urine test results, beside "chlamydia, naa" it reads "positive a" under value but "negative" under reference range. what does this mean?

Chlamydia: I will like to review the actual result to be more accurate. In general, if your urine test for "Chlamydia, NAA" reads Positive, means you have chlamydia. Reference range is "negative" means the test is normally negative for someone without chlamydia.
