Tested twice for hsv2 (first time 1.25, second time 1.93[time between tests maybe a month due to retesting for chlamydia to be cleared]). my hsv2 inhibition test 3 weeks after second positive came back negative. could this mean i have hsv1?

These results how you almost certainly do not have HSV2, but they say nothing at all about HSV1. There are common misunderstandings about this, including some doctors: but HSV1 and HSV2 antibody do not interact at all with one another.
