Not likely: There is no evidence that "rough sex" can move a Mirena (levonorgestrel) IUD (unless someone pulled on your IUD strings). Although you have one of the most effective methods of pregnancy prevention, if you need reassurance, you may check your pregnancy test 12 to 14 days after any "rough" sexual intercourse, to be safe.
