Probably not: Epididymitis can lead to duct obstruction but not usually after a single infection. Your fertility will be judged by sperm in the ejaculate, so if you are worried, see a urologist and get a semen analysis. In the absence of other symptoms, normal appearing semen characteristics, you should be fine. Best wishes.
