Last month during my menstrual cycle i had sex but had taken i pill within 48hours. this month i had spotting for 3 days, followed by lower abdomen pain, white discharge and now i have missed my periods. can i be pregnant?

If by "taking an i pill" means taking either a birth control pill or a hormonal pill for "emergency contraception", pregnancy is certainly possible. Obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.
