Could these tiny tiny little lumps on my testicle just be normal blood vessels?

Which lumps normal?: If you are familiar with the contours of your own testicles, and something new has appeared, it's best to have a doc examine soon. If you are just starting to get familiar with the contours, there are a few structures which are "normal lumps." One the surface of your scrotum are also hair follicles that resemble tiny bumps--these are normal as well. Unsure? See a doc to check.
