Went to the dr was told i had hpv an chlamydia but my sex partner was tested an didn't have any of it i was only active with him could my dr be wrong?

Doubt it: If you had the tests done, and the doc said they were positive, I would not assume they were wrong in your case. HPV can eventually lead to cancer and chlamydia, if untreated could make you sterile.Both can be symptom free in females for months or more. If the doc treated you without testing,you could be right, but I expect you got it from someone at some time.
