Missed periods: People who get their tubes tied should still have regular periods, however as you age it is not uncommon that you will miss a period or have an extra period from simple hormonal fluctuations or changes in your environment. As long as you check a pregnancy test and make sure that you are not pregnant, you should get a period at the next cycle
