Can start pills: A woman who is on birth control pills and doesn't get withdrawal bleeding but has a negative pregnancy test, can start her next pack of birth control pills on schedule. If she is not on BC pills but is waiting to start her very first pack, she can likewise start her pills... and recheck a pregnancy test in a few weeks if she is having spotting, odd bleeding, no withdrawal bleeding, or is worried.
