Your : Your missed period is likely due to the interruption and resumption of your birth control pills. It will take your body some time to adjust to the hormones again. Try to take the pills exactly at the same time every day in order to avoid this in the future. If you can't remeber to take pills or don't like the daily obligation there are other birth control options like the ring or Depo-Provera injection. Please discuss your options with your doctor. Good luck.

Blood test: If you had sex since your last period, you may wish to get a blood test for HCG level. You may repeat the test in 4-5 days unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine
