Unprotected?: intercourse will ultimately lead to pregnancy. If this was a one time episode then Plan B should prevent pregnancy. Why not get on BC pills PLUS use condoms, spermicidal foam, jelly, sponge or vaginal eggs. When in doubt: do a pregnancy test.
