Pimple on vulva: Yes is not uncommon to have pimples/acne develop on the vulva around the vagina. The area is moist and has many oil secreting glands. Keep the area dry. Fabrics other than cotton are not able to absorb extra moisture in the area so always wear cotton underwear.
