See remark: Clomiphene is given to women to induce ovulation. Your physician ( obstetrician) must have instructed on its use) it is given for few days......... the pill will regulate & allows you a window when you ovulate Your husband sperm count if it is 78 million is good. Inquire besides the count is their movement ok ? Is the shape of the sperms OK ?? Best of luck
