What is the next step of infertility tx when you don't get pregnant on clomid (clomiphene)? we have conceived before so i don't think sperm is an issue.

Need semenanslysis: Even a pregnancy occurred before a semenanslysis is needed to rule out male factors as things can change. Generally speaking infertility occurs 30% male factor,30% female factor and 40% both can have a problem
