Over year ttc with clomid (clomiphene) and hcg shot! ovulated twice but no pregnancy! think sperm not getting there coz of my cm! what do i do now????

Partner checked yet?: Hopefully your male partner/husband has had a sperm analysis done as 40 to 45% of all infertility problems are male derived. I am assuming your are doing Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) and not IVF that fertilizes the ovum outside of the uterus and re-implants it.
