Helpful info!: The inner lining of the rectum (mucosa) is full of sensory receptors. If there's irritation, inflammation or damage to the mucosa, you may experience discomfort with a bowel movement. Hemorrhoids, mechanical irritation from anal intercourse, ulcers, hard stool, Herpes & certain parasites are among the possible causes. Please see a doctor and find out for sure what's going on. Thanks.
