How do i get rid of spots on penis . the spots are like a rash kind of thing that spreads . any medicine name that i could use would really benefit m ?

More info needed: Can't advise treatment when cause is unknown. If you've always had the "spots" and not changing, maybe not abnormal. Red irritated rash might an allergy. Most penile rashes are rashes that can occur anywhere, but some are specific to the genitals. Most aren't STDs, but maybe possible if you are sexually active. See your GP, or one of London's excellent NHS GUM clinics. Good luck.
