Do not know: There is no data on use of bepanhen on uncircumcised penis in scientific research studies. But, any ointment good enough for babies can't harm adult skin. Typically, I do recommend antibiotic ointments like Neosporin for diabetic men with balanitis (foreskin irritation/infection).
