Get checked/Urologis: A urologist is a specialist who can best help you as you may need circumcision once the pain and inflammation subsides. Right now this area needs to be cleaned properly before it will heal. Wash it with warm water and gently pull back the skin back till all the white material collected under the skin(smegma) has been washed off. Repeat twice daily.
