Infection? Eczema?: It may simply be a hygiene problem. If you are uncircumcised, washing under the foreskin is a must. Sometimes a rash appears after intercourse which may be related to your partner's yeast. She (and you) may need treatment. Skin diseases such as psoriasis or eczema could also be the problem as could sensitivity to soap. The nodules may well be related to skin issues; have your doc check.

I've noticed some red bumps like structures on the skin of my scrotum. It's not just 1 or 2 there's a decent amount of them. There's no itching hurting or anything. I noticed very little skin peeling. Should I be worried?
There is a small patch on skin that seems like is peeling on the right side on my scrotum that it mildly painful but bearable and sometimes itches ?
