All sounds normal: At 18, probably your genital skin is naturally maturing. That often includes prominent natural skin structures: hair folllicles, sweat glands, and sebaceous glands (also called fordyce spots) all become more prominent with sexual maturity. Pearly penile papules also can show up -- they're normal too. "Growths" under tougue may be papillae near salivary gland ducts. See doctor if remain concerned
