Probable NGU, an STD: It sounds like you have urethritis. It's an STD. Gonorrhea is possible, but symptoms usually start within 3-5 days, so that's less likely. Probable nongonococcal urethritis (NGU), of which about one third of cases are caused by chlamydia.
