Enlarge testicle: Hello, is your son currently in pain or does the testicle look red and inflamed? If so, you should proceed to the ER asap. If he is happy and acting fine, but it is enlarged again after the surgery, I would call the surgeon in the morning and have him/her take a look at it. The hernia and/or the hydrocele may have opened up or recurred again. Please have it looked at. Wishing him well...
